These are the parts we put in writing, because they are the easiest to promise and the easiest to quietly drop.
The price is on the website
You can read what we charge before you speak to anybody. A vendor who withholds the number until they have your phone number is running a sales tactic, not a pricing model.
We commit in writing
Response times go in writing, along with what we handle, what we never touch and what happens if we miss, and it sits in the contract rather than in a call you have to remember.
Nothing clinical is ever automated
Anything medical or urgent goes to your team, and no system of ours gives medical advice. That line is written into the agreement.
The report includes the bad months
It arrives on the same date every month and it is not edited, so a bad month reaches you from us before you notice it yourself.
You can leave, and take your data
Six months minimum, then 30 days notice, and you can export everything at any point during the contract or after it.
We are not for every clinic
A module earns its fee where there is a loss you can already count. If there is not one, we say so on the first call rather than after the contract.
