Module 03Riyadh

Inspection-ready

The day an inspector arrives and the file cannot be produced. And before that day, a patient booked to a doctor who is not privileged for the procedure.

Why it lands on the owner personally

The owner's name is on the facility licence and the consequence lands on him personally. Somebody in the clinic rebuilds this file by hand before every inspection, and that somebody is usually the medical director.

The Ministry ran inspection campaigns on hair transplant services in April 2026 and on cosmetic clinics in March 2026, and practitioners working inside their specialisation is a named check.

// The sequence, from the licence to the inspection
01
Holds the registrations
Each practitioner's registration and its two year renewal date, plus the privilege matrix of what each may perform.
02
Checks it nightly
Against what the booking system has actually scheduled, and flags any appointment booked to a practitioner not privileged for that procedure, before the patient arrives.
03
Watches the licence
The facility licence, its renewal date, and the approved price list, flagging any charge taken off that list.
04
Plans the discount windows
A facility gets three approvals a year, sixty days each. This plans which windows on which services rather than discovering the limit in November.
05
Reads the live advertising
The clinic's own accounts against Annex 10's mandatory elements and prohibitions, and lists what has to come down.
06
Files the paperwork
Signed cost approvals, written consents, and the cosmetic injection cards.
07
Produces the file on demand
In Arabic, in the order an inspector asks for it.
Ready before it is asked for
The file is current every night, so an inspection is a download rather than a week of rebuilding it.
What it connects to
The booking calendar
Ours, or the practice management system read only where an API exists
Public social accounts
Read from public record only. Nothing is ever sent to a clinic that did not ask
Licence and registration dates
Entered once, then watched
The national record
We never connect to it. That needs attestation we do not hold and do not need
What this is not
Not legal advice
It shows what a rule says and what the clinic's own file looks like against it. A lawyer rules, not us.
Not a government dashboard
Registration and quota dates are already free to the clinic. The value is the nightly cross-check against the calendar, not the dates.
Not accreditation consulting
It prepares the file. It does not run a survey or represent the clinic.
